Committee of San Salvador Artisans, formed by six crafts producers entrepreneurs, their origins go back to October 2002, when a group of enterprising people is born, with more than 8 years of experience, with the purpose of making businesses and of working associatively promoting the art and the Salvadoran culture under the technical support of the Foundation for the Auto development of the Micro and Small Businesses (FADEMYPE).

WORDS FROM THE ARTISANS

The committee of San Salvador Artisans known as CASSAL wants to thank the invaluable support of CONAMYPE as promoter of the FAT/PAC program through the CENTROMYPE office.

We are proud to have been invited to participated in the process of the FAT/PAC Project, through which were are counting now with a virtual tool such as our web page.

As associative group CASSAL is conformed by six entrepreneurs of the crafts sector located in different places of the great San Salvador.

We started this associative process in the month of November of two thousand and two, participating in the Centro American Olympics games through the foundation for the auto development of the micro and small businesses FADEMYPE.

We consider that the association is a medium that benefits the businessmen in their development making them more competitive.

The FAT/PAC Project has contributed with the support of co financing in the services of technical assistance and specialized consulting improving the competitiveness of our businesses; developing actions of collective Benefit among we can highlight.

Group Accomplishments:

• Technical assistances in the crafts area
• Commercial Missions
• Trade shows participations
• Development of catalog and Web site
• Two stores in Ilobasco and Nahuizalco.
